Most greenhouses are fairly expensive to ship and most vendors charge a 20% to 30% re-stocking fee if in fact they will allow a return so it's important to double-check measurements, styles and panel types to avoid any return charges. The same may be true for rain storage systems and composters as many of these larger items are sent out via common carrier.
If the respective vendors do accept returns they need to be returned back within twenty-one days of receipt noting that there may also be re-stocking fees involved as well as return shipping fees.
Please note if you return an item that has qualified for free shipping the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. | |
