Included in the purchase price are the roof ventilator and an actual sliding door to make getting in and out of this greenhouse a snap plus a complete rain gutter kit. The polycarbonate panels have UV protection and carry a five year warranty and the frame has a seven year warranty.
All the hardware for is included and in most instances this green house can be assembled by one to two people with a phillips screwdriver, wrench and a pair of pliers in approximately two to four hours.
