Shipping Information:
Many items are stocked items although due to their size we ship them directly from the factory with typical time to ship being approximately one weeks to two weeks from the date of order placement. Additionally most items are seasonal with peak periods being in the Spring and Summer which may cause some additional shipping delays. The majority of products are shipped within 5 to 15 business days of order placement.
Greenhouse Hub offers free shipping on selected greenhouses, composters and rain storage systems. This would be free shipping only within the continental United States. Please note that some items are over-sized and must be shipped out via common carrier. A local contact number is necessary for the freight carrier to be able to schedule a delivery which is true for most large items.
Free shipping on selected products only applies to shipping within the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada would be subject to additional shipping charges which can be determined at the time of purchase.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Most greenhouses are fairly expensive to ship and most vendors charge a 20% to 30% re-stocking fee if in fact they will allow a return so it's important to double-check measurements, styles and panel types to avoid any return charges. The same may be true for rain storage systems and composters as many of these larger items are sent out via common carrier.
If the respective vendors do accept returns they need to be returned back within twenty-one days of receipt noting that there may also be re-stocking fees involved as well as return shipping fees.
Please note if you return an item that has qualified for free shipping the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
